2. Third-party services and sharing

The app shares data with third parties only for the app functions described below or when you choose to contact support. Third-party services used by the app must provide protection for user data consistent with this policy, the App Store Review Guidelines, and applicable law.

  • Apple system frameworks: SwiftUI, SpriteKit/graphics/audio-related Apple frameworks, UserDefaults, and local app storage are used for local app behavior.
  • Advertising code path: The audited package contains dormant advertising-readiness source code, but no active Google Mobile Ads or User Messaging Platform package is linked and no ad requests are made in the current release posture.
  • Email provider and website host: If you contact support or visit this website, ordinary email/server data may be processed to provide those services.

3. Tracking, advertising, and consent

The current package declares no tracking and no collected data types in its privacy manifest. Advertising is disabled by default. If ads are enabled later, update the app, App Store privacy labels, privacy manifest, ad consent/ATT flow, app-ads.txt, and this branch before release.

4. Retention, deletion, and revoking consent

Local app data remains on the device until you change it, clear it, or remove the app, subject to normal iOS backup, restore, and operating-system behavior. Support emails may be retained as reasonably necessary to respond, troubleshoot, maintain service records, and comply with legal obligations.

  • Edit or reset local profiles: Use in-app profile/settings controls where available to change local player information.
  • Change sound and color settings: Use in-app settings to change local preferences.
  • Remove local app data: Delete the app to remove app-local data managed by iOS, subject to normal system and backup behavior.
  • No account controls needed: The current package does not include account creation, sign-in, public chat, or developer cloud sync.
  • Ads are disabled: No ad choices form is needed for the current package because ads are not active. Future ads require updated disclosures and controls.
  • Request support or deletion help: Email [email protected] for privacy questions or support-record deletion requests.

5. Children and age suitability

Project Game Room is a local mini-game collection. The current package does not include public chat, public multiplayer, gambling, real-money gaming, user-generated public feeds, location tracking, or active ads. App Store age-rating answers should still be completed for the exact submitted binary and any future content changes.

6. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when the app’s privacy practices change. The effective date at the top of the branch should be updated whenever material changes are made.
