License agreement for Great Chess

Licensed application
Unless the App Store product page expressly supplies a different custom agreement, the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to the download and use of Great Chess. It is available from Apple's legal website.
Scope
The user receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple-branded products the user owns or controls, subject to the App Store rules and applicable law. No ownership of the app, source code, trademarks, or bundled content is transferred.
Restrictions
- Do not redistribute, sell, rent, sublicense, or commercially exploit the app except where applicable law or a controlling open-source license expressly permits.
- Do not bypass security or access controls, interfere with service operation, or use the app unlawfully.
- Do not remove required copyright, attribution, or license notices from redistributed material.

Third-party components and artwork remain governed by their own licenses and notices. A third-party license controls over this page for the material it covers.
